Are you fit and healthy and keen to help out those who need it to get through these difficult times?

The Churt Community Support Scheme is designed to match up these two sections of our village. The Parish Council has teamed up with the Grayshott based Facebook Covid19 Community Support Group to put in place a Churt Community Support Scheme which delivers help with shopping, prescription collection, dog-walking etc. or even just a friendly phone call if needed. The system is designed with protection of both volunteers and those requiring assistance in mind and has included measures to ensure protection of the minimal personal data required. It also includes a legal disclaimer.

Assistance requests are initially taken by the Covid-19 Community Support Group which covers multiple local villages. The phone number to call is 01428 748655 between 10am and 5pm. Requests from Churt residents are then passed on, picked up and actioned by one of our local Churt team of volunteers, each of which has been verified as a Churt resident.
